Initial Consultation & Exam
- Where we discuss your concerns, review your health history, and determine whether chiropractic care may be appropriate for you.
Chiropractic Adjustment / Follow-Up Visit
- Individualized care based on your needs, goals, and treatment recommendations.
X-Rays
- X-rays may be recommended when clinically indicated to help evaluate your condition and guide appropriate care. We’ll explain why imaging is recommended and review the associated cost with you before proceeding.
If additional services are recommended, we’ll explain what they involve and review the associated costs with you before proceeding.
Your care is personalized, and not every patient needs the same services. We’ll discuss your options and associated fees so you can make an informed decision.
What About Insurance?
Simple, Cash-Pay Chiropractic Care
Our practice uses a cash-pay model, which means you pay our office directly for your care rather than relying on us to bill your health insurance.
This approach allows you to know our fees upfront and make decisions about your care without having to navigate insurance billing through our office.
Have Out-of-Network Benefits?
You may still be able to use your out-of-network chiropractic benefits, depending on your insurance plan.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill—a document containing information about the services you received that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

What is included in the initial visit?
Your initial visit is focused on understanding your concerns and determining the most appropriate next steps. It includes a discussion of your health history and symptoms, orthopedic examinations as appropriate, range-of-motion measurements, and an assessment of the areas you're concerned about.
We'll explain our findings, discuss your options, and answer your questions so you can make an informed decision about your care. If additional testing or imaging is recommended, we'll explain why and review any associated costs with you beforehand.
Do I have to commit to a treatment package?
No. While we may recommend a treatment package based on your individual needs, goals, and progress, every patient's care plan is different. We'll explain our recommendations and the reasoning behind them so you can make an informed decision about what works best for you.
We believe in personalized care, not a one-size-fits-all approach. You'll have a clear understanding of your options and associated costs before deciding how you'd like to proceed. There is no obligation to commit to a recommended package.
How much will future visits cost?
Follow-up visits are $70 per visit, and re-evaluations are $100.
If we recommend a treatment package, we'll discuss the number of recommended visits and the total cost upfront so you know exactly what to expect. You can choose to pay the total amount upfront or spread payments out monthly.
